New Year with Villa Provence & Restaurant Havnær 2024
In collaboration with Restaurant Havnær, we have once again this year tailored a fantastic New Year’s stay in Aarhus, so that you can end 2024 with a proper bang. Look forward to a full two nights with arrival on Monday 30 December, so you can relax and enjoy each other before the big day, which begins with champagne, snacks & the King’s New Year’s speech in your charming room.
I samarbejde med Restaurant Havnær har vi igen i år skræddersyet et fantastisk nytårsophold i Aarhus, så I kan slutte 2024 af med et ordentligt brag. Glæd jer til hele to overnatninger med ankomst mandag den 30. december, så I kan slappe af og nyde hinanden inden den store dag, der begynder med champagne, snacks & Kongens nytårstale på jeres charmerende værelse.
Herefter bliver I transporteret ud til Restaurant Havnær i bus, hvor der venter en eksklusiv 5-retters nytårsmenu med tilhørende snacks, vine og petit fours. Efter en fantastisk middag, bliver I transporteret tilbage til Villa Provence, hvor vi står klar med champagne og kransekagebuffet.
Aftenen slutter af med en skøn overnatning i et af vores romantiske værelser på boutique-hotellet i hjertet af Aarhus. Dagen derpå skal I naturligvis nyde vores signaturmorgenmad og en sen check-ud.

At 17.30: Snacks & bubbles are served in the rooms
At 18.00: H.K.H. King Frederik’s New Year’s speech in the room
At 18.15: Departure by bus to Restaurant Havnær
At 18.30: 5-course New Year’s menu incl. wine menu at Restaurant Havnær
At 23.10: Departure by bus back to Villa Provence
At 23.40: Champagne and wreath cake buffet in the lounge
At 00:00: The New Year is toasted
At 00.15: Have fun in the lounge with Honest Bar
At 01.30: Happy New Year and thank you for tonight (the bar closes)

Restaurant Havnær
With a fantastic view of Aarhus Bay
Restaurant Havnær is located on the edge of Aarhus Ø with a fantastic view beyond Aarhus Bay. The restaurant has a vision of creating authentic experiences where gastronomy and personality merge into a higher unity.
As a guest, you can look forward to a holistic experience where you simply have to sit back, relax and be in the moment. Restaurant Havnær’s approach is informal, and they take pride in meeting guests at eye level – with a good dose of Jutland charm added.
The New Year's menu
The New Year’s menu at Havnær, which is included in your New Year’s stay at Villa Provence in Aarhus, consists of 5 snacks, 5 exclusive servings and New Year’s petit fours. There is also a wine menu with 5 wines and of course a glass of bubbles as well as coffee, tea & homemade Bailey’s or avec.

Prices & arrival
- New Year’s stay in shared standard double room: 3.810,- pr. person*
- There is an option to upgrade the room
- Arrival: Monday 30 December 2024 – departure Wednesday 1 January 2025
*Parking for the car in our private yard is included in the stay.

In case of cancellation up to and including 22. November, the full amount will be refunded to the credit card used for payment – after that the amount will not be refunded.
Special information for dog owners
Please note that it is unfortunately not possible to bring dogs during the New Year’s stay from 30 December to 1. January due to the included restaurant visit out of the house.
